Alan is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and an accredited Sommelier with the America Sommelier Association. With over fifteen years of experience in the kitchen, Alan has worked alongside many well known chefs including Roy Yamaguchi, the James Beard Award winning Chef. Alan's vast experience also includes creating food and beverage concepts, designing menus, and planning events for the Ritz Carlton Hotels. Alan lives and works in New York City.
